National Youth Soccer Consulting L.L.C. ("NYSC") is one of the countries leading youth soccer consultancy firms focusing on the creation and implementation of programs specifically designed to give your organization the tools to compete nationally in the realm of youth soccer. Whether your organization is competitive, or recreational, we will increase the productivity of your business and raise the level and caliber of play in your program.

By using our client’s mission as a guide, and creativity and flexibility as core components of each project, we design a specific program, which adapts to your needs by honoring your program’s integrity while taking a strategic approach to maximizing the benefits that our services have to offer.

NYSC was founded by Walid Khoury of the Slammers FC organization and Scott Murray of the Real So Cal organization, two of the most successful clubs in the history of youth soccer. After being quizzed by colleagues about how their organizations are run, they determined that in order to compete in the world of soccer both nationally and internationally, there is an urgent need to raise the level of play and organization of up and coming youth soccer programs. NYSC was specifically created to meet the needs of youth soccer programs that aspire to reach the next level.

NYSC has essential contacts in all facets of soccer in this country, including youth, regional teams, national teams, men’s and women’s collegiate programs, as well as at the professional level. NYSC’s founders have excelled in identifying and implementing teaching techniques designed to address the differences between boys and girls soccer programs from the entry level to the highest levels in this country. We specialize in the creation of the concept of “team” both on and off the field, professional presence, polish, image, and motivation. After years of coaching, we have formulated effective techniques for inter-personal skills in relating to players and parents, as well as being able to problem solve in all areas of the youth soccer game. The philosophies, techniques, programs, and strategies of NYSC’s founders have enabled them to build two of the most successful youth soccer programs in the United States.
